These two lights is the sunlight, which illuminate the ground.

This can be seen by studying the picture. I choosed to put it on "interesting pictures" anyway. The reason to that is the old reports from Hessdalen, telling that the phenomenon has illuminated the ground. On this picture you can see a part of the ground which is illuminated. When the video was studied, it was clear that it was the sun that had found a small opening in the cloud.
